Your money is refunded within 30 days after you complain. The complaint can be filed by calling at the official toll-free number of FASTag which is 1033 or you can send our email id - ops@handoutsoultiuons.com. If you do not get any response from the toll free number, another way to get your money refunded is to complain to the bank that has issued your FASTag.
